Founders

Sushant

Sushant is a seasoned business professional with over 13 years of diverse experience spanning the FMCG, Information Services, and Healthcare sectors. His expertise includes corporate sales, key account management, channel development, and human resource management. In his previous role, he led the HR function for a diagnostic company with over 1,500 employees and consultants.

With a deep interest in human behavior and its impact on careers and organizational success, Sushant is dedicated to providing solutions that empower individuals and organizations, fostering transformation and long-lasting value.

 

He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, as well as Master’s degrees from XIMB and The English and Foreign Languages University.

Harshita

Harshita is a dynamic human resources professional with over six years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors. She launched her career as a Management Trainee at ICICI Lombard, where she contributed to Talent Acquisition, Talent management, and Business HR initiatives. Most recently, Harshita held a pan-India role at L&T Finance, leading Udaan-the organization’s Campus Connect program for top-tier institutions including IIMs and IITs. In this role, she managed end-to-end Campus Initiatives, covering Campus Engagement, Branding, Hiring, Onboarding, and Induction.

A collaborative team player with a strong client focus, Harshita excels at networking and cultivating meaningful relationships that drive success for both individuals and teams. Her passion for HR and career development, coupled with her hands-on approach, makes her a trusted resource in Strategic Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Change Management, and Campus Connect initiatives.

Harshita holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from DAVV Indore.
